Creating campaigns based on the "Wishlist section" leads to a better conversion rate. If you give any kind of discount to a customer to buy his favourite products, the chance to make a purchase is significant.

This discount will be specifically for him and will apply to products he has already liked. This type of segmentation based on customers' favourite products is an effective way to increase the success of your campaigns and turn more users into real customers who buy your goods.

Products

You can create a filter depending on the product category, product vendor, and the date on which the user has added the products to his wishlist.

1. Add product to wishlist from category

Select the desired categories. If the products which the user has added to his wishlist are from the selected categories, this user will fall into the "wishlist" segment.

Important! Note that when you add a product category condition, if there are subcategories to the category you selected, the products in that subcategory will not be included in the condition.

Only the final category you select is included in the condition. If there are no related products, then this condition will not work accordingly.

2. Added product to wishlist from vendor

The same applies to the product vendor. If the products that the user has added to his wishlist are from any of the selected vendors, then that user will be segmented according to the set criteria.3. Date

Adding a product to the wishlist before/after certain days/hours.

All conditions (not just at the "Wishlist" level) can be combined with each other. Remember, however, that all the conditions have a logical "and" which means that all conditions must be met to enter a user in this segment.

"Favorite products" section

Go to the "Products > Favorite products" section

In this section are all the products that the store's customers have added to their wishlist. If the total quantity of a product is greater than 0, a "Create campaign" button is displayed and leads to the creation of a new campaign, and if the quantity is 0, the button only indicates how many customers have added the product to their wishlist and directs to a filter in the "Customers" section, which shows these customers.

In the CloudCart Marketing Suite dashboard, "Marketing" section, are visualized in descending order the most favorite products in the "Favorite products" section.
