Sales by Location

This metric visualizes data* on the total order amount based on the customer's location (by device) in your online store for a given period. You can specify a specific period and compare it with the previous period/year. 


*The data is visualized based on the order statuses set in the "Settings". 


The list contains the top 5 locations that generated the highest revenue in sales, including information for each location in terms of percentage distribution between desktop and mobile customers who placed orders, as well as data on the total number of orders. If you hover over a specific location, you will also see the total number of orders made through it (desktop or mobile).  

You can click on a specific city to view detailed information about the number of orders and the total order amount. 

Additional options include selecting data comparison and the time period for visualization: hourly, daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

By clicking on "See Details," you can obtain detailed information about the revenue from each location.  

You can specify a specific period to visualize a list of locations that have generated the highest revenue in sales, sorted in ascending order. You can also choose from three options: no comparison, comparison with the previous period, or comparison with the previous year.  


You will receive information about the locations, the total number of orders, and the total order amount, including fees and shipping.  


To obtain detailed information by city, click directly on the main location (e.g., Bulgaria), and a new list of cities will open with the option to choose a comparison. When selecting a specific city, a new list with the same metrics will be displayed, allowing you to choose a time period (hourly, daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and comparison. 

Visits by Location

This metric visualizes data on the total number of visits based on visitor data who have reached your online store according to their location for a given period. You can specify a specific period and compare it with the previous period/year. 


Comparison can be made with a period no later than January 17, 2023, as the collected data is from the specified date.


The list contains the top 5 sources with the highest number of visits, including information for each location in terms of percentage distribution and count ratio between desktop and mobile usage. If you hover over a specific source, you will also see the total number of visits made through it (desktop or mobile).

You can specify a specific period to visualize a list of locations that have visited your online store, sorted in ascending order. You can also choose from three options: no comparison, comparison with the previous period, or comparison with the previous year.
