This segment includes customers who have spent a large amount of money in the store for a period not less than 180 days. This are obviously users that have considerable funds and are interested in the products and services you offer. You can further increase their interest by creating and making them a personalized offer that they will not be able to resist - Bundles, Cross-sell or Upsell.  

The following segmentation is suitable for many niche markets such as computers and peripherals, white and black appliances, perfumery and cosmetics, clothing, footwear, etc.  

The segment's goal

A selection of subscribers who have spent at least an X amount of money in the last X days.

Add the following conditions and fill in their respective values:

1. Order

  • Order amount ('More than' / 1500 EUR)
  • Order before / after days ('In the last' / 180 days)

The amount depends on the store's niche and the period must be at least 180 days.


This is what your segment should look like when finished:

 Viewing, browsing, clicking events (everything other than purchase) are kept for 180 days.
