This segment consists of visitors who have viewed a specific category multiple times over a period of time but haven't purchased a product or service from that category during the given period. You can use the segment to urge these visitors to buy from you by offering them discounts on the products from the respective category shortly after the period expires. This way, you will be able to monetize the subscribers on the segment's list. 

The following segmentation is suitable for marketing niches like pеrfumery and cosmetics, apparel, footwear, appliances, computers and peripherals and more. 


The segment's goal

A selection of subscribers who viewed products from category X, X number of times in the last X days and did not purchase product(s) from it in the last X days.


Add the following conditions and fill in their respective values: 

1. View

  • View category ('IS' / 'For home and life')
  • View category before/after days ('in the last' / 30 days)
  • View category times ('More than' / 3)


2. Order

  • Order product('IS' / 'Select products')
    • Order product category ('IS' / 'For home and life')
  • Order before/after days ('More than' / 30 days)
  • Order times ('Exactly' / 0)


Conditions

This is what your segment should look like when finished: 

 Viewing, browsing, clicking events (everything other than purchase) are kept for 180 days.
