You can use the segment to urge these visitors to buy from you by offering them a personalized offer that gives them free shipping on orders over a certain amount or free shipping on a certain group/category of products and more.  

The following segmentation is suitable for marketing niches like pеrfumery and cosmetics, apparel, footwear, appliances, computers and peripherals, furniture & decor and more. 

The segment's goal

A selection of subscribers who have ordered more than once from your store and shipping has always been free.

Add the following conditions and fill in their respective values: 

1. Order

  • Order times ('More than' / '1')
  • Order discount  ('is' / free shipping)


This is what your segment should look like when finished: 

 Viewing, browsing, clicking events (everything other than purchase) are kept for 180 days.
